Why these five

Calls you miss, or answer and don't book

A person answered only 34% of HVAC calls; plumbing did better at 74%. Invoca, Home Services Lead Conversion Benchmarks Report 2026 (a call-tracking vendor's report). Only 45% of answered home-services calls asked for the appointment.

Quotes and invoices nobody chases

These figures come from vendors that sell software to the trades, so treat them as directional. We don't publish hours-saved or revenue numbers we can't back up.

How we test

Every workflow ran end to end in n8n against a mock server that stands in for Twilio, Jobber and Stripe, with a small local AI model and real speech-to-text on recorded audio. Nothing ran against a live account, and every recipe page lists what still needs checking on yours. Last full test run: 2026-10-27.
